Mission Partners form the committed core that believe in and seek to embody the mission and values of Access. They are our culture-creators, cultivating the environment for soul transformation, community and mission to flourish. We’re glad that you’re joining at this level, and we look forward to what we can build together in the years to come. The following covenant is an important part of our life together. By signing this you are affirming these characteristics and practices as part of our new life in Christ. You are giving your word that you will be accountable to your fellow mission partners and to the Lead Team and Staff. After submitting your application, a member of a the Lead Team will contact you for an interview.

Characteristics and Attitudes of a Mission Partner
(Based on: 1 Timothy 3:1‐13, 2 Timothy 2:24‐26, Titus 1:7‐9, 2:1‐8)

SOUL
- I am a baptized follower of Jesus Christ.
- I will live humbly and be teachable, not domineering.
- I will attend to God’s movement in my personal life and seek to follow His leadership.
- I will be dependable and responsible.
- I will practice sexual faithfulness and purity.

COMMUNITY
- I will interact graciously with people of opposing views.
- I will apologize and seek reconciliation first whether I am the offender or offended (Matt 5:23‐24)
- I will respect God given roles of leadership, not being defiant.
- I will watch my words and protect the reputation of others in the church.
- I will pray regularly for Access.
- I will practice hospitality.

MISSION
- I know and affirm the Access Mission
- I will use my gifts to serve God and others.
- I will seek a good reputation with those who don’t know Jesus.
- I will be a good steward of money & resources. I am committed to giving cheerfully to Access with the tithe as my basic guideline.
